The material is soft, it is more like an over sized towel. The problem is it does not stay in place. It slips over the head rest and that is all. There is nothing to keep it in place. The Logo is nice, could be higher up because I try to tuck the towel in the seat to keep it in place and the Logo gets covered a little. I think a piece of elastic would make a big difference. Also because it slips over the head rest, it covers up my Bose speakers in the XTS model.

Was a blanket father then a form fitting seat cover. Quality was good, customer service of Insync has done its best to get the item returned .

This is made of very comfortable cloth. It looks nice with the logo. Might even buy one more for both seats.
