I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab, and this Q-Logic box fits like a glove! It only takes a few minutes to install, and looks awesome. With the seat down, you don't even notice it's there. I loaded it with a JL Audio 10WX-4 and powered it with a JL Audio J2 250.1.

Just to give some perspective of how it blends with the rest of my system here is what I have. There are Infinity Reference 5032cf (5-1/4" 2-ways) in the rear doors, and Infinity Reference 5030cs (5-1/4" components) in the front doors. I'm driving those purely from my head unit which is a Dual XHD7714 (17 watts RMS). Thanks to Infinity's 2-ohm design, there is plenty of power for them to keep up with the sub.

I have the gain on the amp at 50%, and the crossover at 80hz. This system kicks ass (literally) and is VERY clean. Granted I'll never win any sound level competitions with this setup, but I'm not trying to blow the doors off...I'm simply trying to get a full body sound. With this Q-Logic box I have accomplished my goal and gained the bottom end I never had before.

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and the QLogic custom box I ordered is for under the rear passenger seat. Within the last week I had my stereo installed to include this custom box. I have run in to (2) problems with this box. Firstly the 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch 2 subwoofer I am pushing does not fit in the box without a spacer. I was told over the phone before I ordered this that there would in fact be enough clearance for it to fit. It didn't... Secondly the custom box does not "fit like a glove" under my passenger side rear seat. In the picture for this product it is sitting flush...my box has about an inch gap between the carpet and the plastic box. The only thing I can think of is that QLogic either sent me the wrong box or I will need to cut in to the bottom carpet of the storage compartment to make more room. Wish it fit perfect...but it doesn't. I will be contacting QLogic within the next 24 hours about this...

AS OF 9/28/12: Spoke with the QLogic manufacturer...YOU WILL HAVE TO CUT IN TO THE CARPET UNDER YOUR SEAT TO MAKE THIS SUB BOX FIT. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY: Cut the molded liner inside the storage area where the floor and the front wall meet and across the angled corner.

-Does not say in the ad that you WILL HAVE TO CUT THE CARPET OUT to get this product to fit.

-Installation instructions were NOT INCLUDED with product.

-(2)1.5" sheet metal screws, (1)3" sheet metal screw, (8)1" subwoofer screws and 1 roll foam tape were not included with this product which is what comes from the manufacturer with this product.

They got one star for a nice photo... but before you order this product, make sure it's what you really want..these guys charged me $82.24 after refusing it. I had changed my mind, found a better built unit from rtboxes.com, and missed the fine print, so live & learn from my mistake and check out the folks at R/T OBCON. Their custom sub enclosures are still worth the loss and the sound is awesome!
