It is hard to get lay flat around the speakers and the auto dim sensor. Not enough Velcro to do entire job. After three shots at trying to get it to lay flat I still have more work to do and purchase more Velcro. It will suffice for keeping the sun off the dash and some of the heat out of the car. It would be nice if it just laid in without any Velcro to hold it down
