I've recently been taking care of my father in law who has Parkinson's Disease. He was struggling with the seat belt on a daily basis. This extender brought the connector far out enough for him to click the seatbelt together easier. This fit perfect on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

bought this to help my elderly father out, as he has some thumb muscle degeneration and hand arthritis. Made riding along in my AJ a problem for him. Getting the seat belts unclicked was becoming a challenge, (and he doesn not like to be helped) partly because of the aged buckles in my ZJ requiring more pressure to unclick them, and partly because of the position/angle he would have to make the attempt. This solved both problems and takes that one small level of stress out of dad's life.
