Fortunately, I have not had to use this but if I did I wouldn't know how to use the window breaker. The directions for that feature are very confusing. The seat belt cutter directions are less confusing and I'm fairly certain I could use that with little difficulty. On a very positive note, the color is great,

Luckily I have not had to use this to break a car window and actually ended up buying the life hammer after I had purchased this because it claims that it does not work well on laminated windows which I do have in my car. Anyway, I have tested this product on glass very thick glass and it works! The blade is razor sharp and I did use it to cut something. I hope I never have to test it out in an emergency situation.
