I ordered this lumbar cushion orthopedic wedge as it was recommended by a doctor. I originally rated this product as not so great sorry, I was referring to another one that I don't care for. I DO like this one very much. I have used it since it arrived and it has been great for my back. I mainly use it in the car and find that I don't have any back pain. When I have to replace it, I will probably get the same one.

The cushion padding in this support is little to none of existence, my wife disapproves of it, she says it doesn't support her back, only good for it as a top cushion on top of another back support product. If buying need to think of another alternative.

I was looking for lower back support. I tried this in my truck but I find it pushes me too far forward. The cushion does not let you sink back, it's too thick. I find that the back pain just moves up from the lower to the upper back with this. It might work in an office chair where there is more maneuverability, but I don't recommend it for a vehicle.

My title says it all.It supports the tail section, not the lumbar area. I am very disappointed. Maybe I should return it?
