I've used this in my car for 20+ years to alleviate lower back pain. I couldn't drive comfortably without it. My first one lasted about 18 years; I replaced it a couple of years ago with a new one, and am buying another one now for my husband. It's great.

Literally does not provide any seat support. You sink right into the middle of it and all you feel are the seat underneath and the metal that goes around the outside of the cushion. I tried the sacro-ease in the store which provides great seat support, but I didn't want the back support part, but this is definitely made by an inferior company. I definitely would not recommend purchasing.
