When I first got this item there was a seat cover missing...tried to call the 800 and got some airplane place...so called the customer service at amazon...they said to send it back and repurchase the item....wait for a refund...well thankfully I didn't end up doing that...I tried calling the 800 number for the 3rd time talked to a representative...she sent out the missing item got it in a week...went to put the seat covers on our escape and they went on VERY HARD...we got them on finally...

The floor mats are great. The visor for the cds and the steering well are fantastic as well. The seat covers dont fit so well on Jeep Liberty seats but it works.

there fair the color of taz on the seat covers is lighter brown then the rest ever thing else was good.
