The side bulges are a little to big. I am considering removing some of the padding to make it more comfortable.

I really didn't know what to expect. I suppose it does what it's meant to do and having it has made my back to not hurt so much but it didn't bring me as forward in my office chair as I'd hoped.

i bought this for my dad(who's a truck driver) and it did nothing for him.Im guessing its made for a small framed person.my dads a big guy and the supports push in the wrong areas and hurt more than help.

I was looking for more support elsewhere and it actually crunches me more in my car seat. It does work for lumbar support but if you are looking for something to correct your commuting posture this is not it.
