I had bought some Bell seatbelt clips locally (they are flat oval plastic gizmos); they are flimsy plastic, slip and slide and pop off--and you can't use them more than 3" (yes, you read that right) from the clamp! What good that is, I'm not sure. So, I ordered these, and I'm thrilled. They are heavy (probably 3/16" thick) stainless steel and fit tight and secure--NO slippage at all. The pix don't do them justice. They are so worth the couple dollars more they cost. Wearing my shoulder strap is no longer a PAIN IN THE NECK!

I was quite pleased with the product. I've been irritated for a long time with my seat belt shoulder restraint constantly rubbing my neck. I adjusted it every few minutes. No more! What a relief. Wish I knew about this years ago. Clips are made of metal, smoothly polished, and easy enough to apply. I'm sure they will last a lifetime. Such a little thing made such a big difference.

I like that these are made of metal; I've used a plastic version and the T ends just snap right off. However, you have to put them on/take them off every time you get in the car you can't just leave them on, because modern seatbelts won't re-adjust until they go all the way back in, so if you take the belt off with the clip still on it tries to retract and moves the clip; you end up getting back in the car with only a tiny bit of belt available. That might not be so bad, but it is difficult to put on, so you'll need to plan an extra minute into your travel time for each stop you make. Also noticed that this design doesn't keep the belt system in place as I was riding down the road (on a several-hour car trip), I found that while the shoulder belt stayed off my neck, the lap belt was slowly pulled upward, until by the end of the first 3-hour leg of the trip, I had the clip resting just below my bra with the lap belt in an upside-down V. I have a feeling this would make the lap belt useless, if not dangerous, in an accident. I'll be saving these for emergencies (like when my other ones break), but I won't use them for everyday.

Cheap Litterbag and Tissue Holder

Trash, soda cans or bottles and a tissue dispenser are the three items mostly likely to need to be stowed. It was long overdue for someone to merge the three needs into one container. My only criticism is that the trash holder is a little shallow and does not hold a lot, due to the placement of the tissue box. The entire product should simply be a little longer in order to create a trash holder that is a little deeper. Overall though, this is probably the best and most versatile choice for your auto.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. A trash can, a way to get tissue boxes off the floor and a place to store a drink or container of wet wipes. Initially I was very happy with the product but after 6 months it is completely falling apart. I admit, my kids are not the most gentle, but the product is just not well made. The seams are ripping open and the metal bar in the trash can lid snapped. Too bad, because it really is a great idea.

Took me 1 minute to set this up with my Toshiba Excite 10. Pretty sturdy. That was my main concern, but this thing is built to secury hold the tablet. Also can adjust to smaller tablets/ can be used with iPad too.

Bought for vehicle/purpose specified in product description, and did not fit. Furthermore, two different pairs of bolts (front & rear) are involved when removing seat it's not surprising that one socket wouldn't be adequate.

After just a week of use, one of our Britax Kick Mats had a rip at the top pocket seam. The pockets are very poorly placed, since they are located exactly at the level where kids tend to rest their feet. Another issue we had is that the bottom elastic band isn't long enough (or low enough) to reach the bottom of the seat back. In our case (Sienna 2012), it rests in the middle of the seat back, and you can feel it with your back when you sit on the seat. I much prefer the Prince Lionheart Backseat Kick Mat, which leaves the useless pockets, is much more sturdy, and has a flexible velcro strap to secure to the bottom of the seat. I am returning my Britax Mats.

Just replaced my old saftey first kick mats with these, SO MUCH BETTER! I just installed 4 of these kick mats in my new 2012 honda odyssey (2 behind the front seats and 2 behind the 2 middle captains chairs) They fit perfectly and the best feature is the top strap, insted of velcro (that never adjusts quite right) it is a clip that adjusts to the exact width you need. Love the pockets for extra storage space for the kids stuff instead of it going onto the floor :) Will keep this product on my favorites list for when I will need replacments at a later date!

In order to secure this to your car seat, you have to work this elastic band from the top of the car seat down to the bottom. It is not wide enough to fit and I would probably mess up the seat trying. I guess if you have a small seat it may work. In any case, it is a poor design and I am returning it.

we have a toyota tundra and a honda pilot, both with light greyish leather seats. our daughter has been kicking the seats and making them dirty. i got tired of taking her shoes off each time she's in the car. after looking around amazon, this seems to be the best price for a brand that i like. so i got 2 sets, and they fit both cars just fine! the bottom strap shows a little bit, but it's not that noticeable. it covers the seat backs completely, and these are not small seats by any means. i don't plan on using the pockets.

now i just have to get the cars cleaned and we're all good to go!

So far these are great. They fit very well and I continually receive comments on how good they look. I have the gray interior and went with black mats and they compliment each other very well.

They come in two pieces, one is about 2/3 the width and the other makes up the difference of 1/3. They overlap nicely and seem like they will catch the messes that are yet to come nicely.

Very satisfied so far with all of the Husky Liners I purchased for this vehicle.

Cheap Leather Repair Kit by Leather Magic

I wasnt expecting much when I ordered this kit. My sofa and loveseat from "Garbage-To-Go" had two tears in the leather just one year after purchase. This was caused by the leather being so thin and defective in places. Called a leather repair company, who quoted $150-$200 for the repair but wouldn't even guarantee the repair because the tear was in the seat cushion. Why bother then? Ordered this kit as a last resort and figured I didnt have anything to lose. Repairing the leather does takes a little time, but with this kit the repair is done the proper way, i.e. with a subpatch under the tear giving it more strength. I was fortunate in that I didnt have to mix the color compound because the brown color just happened to match my couch perfectly. However, I would have felt comfortable mixing the colors if neccessary and the company even offers another kit where they will custom mix colors for you. I called Leather Magic twice for advice and they were really helpful. So far, its been two weeks and I am very happy with the results. My repair is not that noticeable because my leather is dark brown, but you need to have realistic expectations and realise that leather repairs are not going to be invisible. My goal was to get a few more years from these leather couches that cost me $3,000 and so far I'm pleased with the results from this little $25.00 kit.

UPDATE.....(Nov 2010) Its now 18 months later and the original repair patch is still going strong! In fact just like the company said, the repair is stronger than the original leather. 2 more tears have since developed on my paper thin leather Garbage-to-Go couch which were quickly dealt with by my wonderful little kit. Oh yeah, I'm getting a pro at this!

I had a tear in my leather sofa (blame the dog!) and had read about this product in a design blog I follow. I rarely leave feedback for products, but I felt I needed to since I was almost dissuaded from purchasing it because of the inconsistent reviews. I just completed repairing the tear--which was about 1.5 inches long and went all the way through the leather--and it looks SO much better than I had anticipated. I have the dark brown leather Kramfors sofa from Ikea and no one would be able to tell there was a tear unless they knew exactly where to look, and even then they might not notice. I was able to mix the tinted filler compound to match the sofa exactly, but this might be a bit trickier for those with light or unusually colored fabrics; I think it could be done well, but it would take more time and patience when mixing the compound. I was also lucky in that the leather in the sofa has a grain, so it makes any imperfections leftover from the repair kit (or my application thereof) less noticeable.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Leather Magic kit and highly recommend it. Believe me, the end result is worth way more than the cost of the kit.

I'm reviewing this product as what it is--a product for Do-it-Yourself, non-professional types. I wouldn't expect the repair to be completely unnoticeable. Using that standard, I've given this five stars.

Positives:

*The instructions are EXCELLENT, particularly the very detailed color mixing instructions.

*Plenty of colors of compound are provided, ensuring that the correct color can be mixed. Also I will be able to use this kit again if necessary (though I'll need to provide my own patch next time.)

*The materials are easy to work with if directions are followed.

Now, this doesn't look perfect on my leather chair. We had a large rip (about 4 inches.) I can see where the rip is. But our chair is a burgundy textured leather. Neither the color nor the texture is uniform, so there would be no way to use a kit like this and have the repair compound blend perfectly with the leather. But it looks pretty good, certainly way better than a rip. It's not immediately noticeable if you're not looking for it.

For the price (I paid about $25), this is a fantastic way to repair leather at home.

My dogs finally put a 1 inch cut/hole in my $4000 leather couch. I followed the instructions for the kit, mixed a near perfect match with the colors provided (deep wine/maroon color) and applied approximately 3 separate coats to the damaged area allowing for complete drying in between coatings. I was very pleased with the result, the couch is sealed and cannot tear further and the patch is very discreet. I would recommend this product and for those who seem to have problems with it my guess is that care was not taken with the instructions.

The colors on the page are a little different then what the color really looks like. I contacted the seller and they made me new ones when they received mine back. They kept in close contact with me. Review of Treefrog Natural Air Freshener - Black Squash

This is the "JDM squash" scent that is popular in Japan and with Asians. The price off Amazon is actually comparable (and sometimes cheaper) than my local Japanese supermarket, Don Quixote.

This particular air freshener is a more solid gel type, in a plastic tray. The plastic tray has holes in it for the scent to come through. There isn't any adjustment like the very popular CS-X3 air freshener, but the scent of this lasts far longer. It definitely starts out really strong, but after a day or two, mellows out. The tray can be placed on the floor under the seat, even though it comes with some double sided tape to stick somewhere. The gel is solid enough to not spill. There are some other gel type air fresheners that are really wet, but this is not one of them.

For the price, this lasts a lot longer than the CS-X3, which is why I switched over to this. Even opening a single vent on the CS-X3, this far outlasts it. Of course, both are gel type air fresheners, the CS-X3 is a lot more dry, however. I think living in the heat of Hawaii accelerates the rate that air fresheners dry up, especially when I park my car in the sun at work. The heat just dries it up, so if you live in a hot area, you might want to try one of these. The scent lasts a little over a month in the high heat the CS-X3 only lasts about 2 weeks for me. When I lived in California, I originally used the CS-X3 and it lasted a fairly long time. They don't stand up to the heat of Hawaii very well, which is why I'm glad I found this. If this lasts well over a month in the heat, I'm pretty sure the scent will stay for far longer if you are in a cool environment.

One last thing I tend to alternate between this product and Smooth Cologne Air Freshener Light Squash Fragnance since they are very similar products, besides the look of the tray. The Black Squash is a little stronger smell, the Marine Squash Treefrog is almost identical to Light Squash. At my local supermarket, one of the two is normally on sale so I will get whatever is cheaper, but on Amazon, it seems this one is consistently cheaper. Compare the prices and get whichever one is cheaper. The difference between the two is minimal.

This was an incredibly inexpensive way to add built in monitors to our car. They show the DVD playing from the cars head unit, and although the display isn't spectacular, our children love using the monitors on long driving trips. The tan color matches the interior of the car, so they look custom. My husband wired them up through the front seats, so the kids won't snag the delicate cig lighter 12 volt power plug anymore. We got each monitor for 35$ and it was an excellent deal. So far they work fine, especially for kids.

I have had two of the older versions installed in my truck and loved them for the color matching (Tan Leather) and value for money.One of them recently died and so I went ahead and bought two new ones from soundstorm, these are also very good and they have two added features in the 2nd Gen for virtually the same price.

a) This model now has TWO RCA inputs instead of oneso now both passengers do not have to watch the same thing and you could even connect a PS3/MP4 player)

b) Infared transmitter for headphones.

The units come with remote controls (though to be fair this is a little moot as you would be within arms length of the manual controls)

all in all very very good value for money and they were a snap to install, the default settings are actually the best.

I had replaced my 96 Buick struts only, the end result was upsetting.

Had a clunking sound on bumps. I bought the Monroe 171822 Quick Strut Assembly, which I installed in a quarter of the time. What a great ride I'm getting now. I will never replace only the struts again. By the time you buy the bearings, bellows, ect, you'll have allmost the cost of a complete assembly. Not to mention the danger and work involved in compressing the spring to chang only the strut. Do yourself a favor and but the quick strut assemly.
