These seat covers aren't sized for a Cobalt, not a tidbit of information I could locate until I recived these and read the paper enclosed with the covers. After much tucking, tugging, pulling and stuffing I got them on. Aside from the headrest covers (which are far too big for my seats) it all looks okay. There s even room for a lumbar cusion in the front seats.

Also, the stock photo is misleading. These covers are closer to a navy blue color, not the bright blue it shows.

I wasn't sure if these covers were going to work in my car, but at $30, it was worth a shot. I am so happy to report that all of the covers (including the headrests) fit well. It isn't a custom fit, but it can be manipulated to work for your car. The quality is great, it appears to be durable. The covers are soft/smooth to the touch. The royal blue is exactly as expected, just like it looks in the picture. The back seat cover doesn't come with seat-belt holes, you're supposed to cut them out (just expect that). The covers come with instructions which explain how to do everything. I honestly couldn't ask for more.

First off, I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the look of these seat covers. I just got done installing them in my 1993 Honda Civic CX Hatchback, and considering the fact that it's a sub-compact car, they fit the seats about as well as could be expected for universal seat covers.

Pro's:

Clean, sporty look.

Minimal modifications/cuts needed to achieve an integrated fit.

Snug fit, they don't noticeably slip or move when you slide in and adjust yourself.

Relatively easy and very straightforward installation.

I purchased the black/blue covers, and much to my delight the blue matched the stock blue paint on my Civic and my Type-R steering wheel cover almost exactly.

Con's:

Being a universal fit, they're a bit loose in some spots, but I can't fault them terribly since I installed them on a sub-compact.

The headrest covers are HUGE, so I just left them off of my two front seats. They would of looked nice, but my seats were already a very dark blue, so the stock headrests blended well enough.

This is more of a gripe than a con, but the headrests on my Civic are semi-permanently attached and don't just pop off easily, and they're mounted to a single thick arm offset on the far side of the seats. Trying to get the seat covers to fit straight was a definite struggle because of where the headrest arm was mounted, and I wish that the headrest hole on the top of the seat covers was a bit wider to accommodate headrests like mine, purely for the sake of alignment, but with a little elbow grease you can still make it work as is.

Overall, I'm very happy with these seat covers, especially for the price. I've only had them installed for a day and I've already had loads of compliments about the covers.

I received my seat covers today via UPS 03/24/10, I ordered them on 03/18/10. I DO NOT understand why an item that weights about 3 lbs if that, would cost $12.03 in shipping. I have a Nissan Sentra 2010. The quality is not all that great but I guess it is ok for the price.

Cons...Attaching the hooks was not easy, I gave up due to frustration; will try again tomorrow o r Saturday.

There should be more directions as a step by step diagram.

The top and bottom should be marked with a sticker B and T, that would have been helpful.

My head-rest covers are very loose and do not fit at all.

Pros....I did not need to cut a slit for the seat belts due to my seat belts lay on the side and down the middle of the back seat.

The seat covers fit pretty well for the front and the back seats. Overall I am satisfied with my product and would recommend it.

Front seat covers and head rest covers fit my RAV4 perfectly. I didn't use the little s-hooks provided, instead used wire ties to connect loops below seat cushion.

Rear seat covers are made larger than my seats but still fit well. I have a 40/60 moveable back with center console and 40/60 moveable seat bottom. Rear seat bottom cover connected similar to the front seat bottom covers. I had to connect the lower end of the rear seat back below the rear seat bottom. Rear seat back does not cover the cargo side. Because I plan to use my 40/60 seat at times, I had to get creative making a wire tie loops coming from below the seat bottom of each section. The upper rear seat back loops had to be gathered to the two central loops and pulled tension as needed.

My rear head rests are oddly shaped but covers fit well enough.

In all it was an easy installation but takes time to complete.

Only Con: The rear head rests to not align well with the rear seat beige strips.

I drive an 09 Ford Edge SEL. I love how the covers fit the front seats. The back seat was a real hassel to put on, but looks fine. I just won't be able to use the middle consol/cup holder that folds down, nor will I be able to fold down the seats individually. The head rests fit super baggy and looked awful, so I left them off.

Considering the price and that they look fantastic, I'm a happy camper!

We got these a few weeks ago. We had to do something to protect our Subaru Outback seats. The price on these is good, but the shipping is way too expensive. The covers do not have much padding between the outer layer and seat cushion which makes me wonder if spills will seep right through. We'll know next spring during the next cleaning detail. The material on the sides of the covers (the black) is a super thin mesh. It tears relatively easily. There are plenty of mounting clips, but forget about mounting (properly) to the back bench seat. It's designed to clip underneath, however there is no underneath on many back seats. The headrest covers don't even make good rags and forget about fitting them on anything except the front seats. I will say the front covers fit well. But you do have to rip them a bit for headrests and any lumbar adjustments. For the price, they're better than using the towel or blanket method to protect from the dog. We'll see if our toddler can leak something trough them..

i also purchased these at Walmart for much cheaper. Took some googling to figure out how to remove the headrests on a 2010 Impala. The head rest cover also doesn't fit my impala, which has a much bigger headrest than the cover provided. All in all, for $20.00 a piece, they are pretty sturdy and will keep my large dog from destroying a new car interior. When they bomb, I will find an alternative to cover the seat. So I guess I rate these so-so.. for the price, they are the nicest you will find I believe. If you want nice, you will have to pay more. I wouldn't pay more than $20.00 a piece for them.

I purchased the Leather Lumbar Support Cushion with the hopes of improving my posture while driving, along with protecting my seat upholstery from any unfortunate spills, etc. It works and supports fine, but I was extremely disappointed to notice that within only three days of use (total seated time = approximately three hours), the stitching was coming undone at the seams in two separate spots. I'm still using it, but there's no question that these are poorly made and will likely last less than a year before requiring replacement. Then again, you get what you pay for.

Also, take note that as with anything black in the hot sun, the cushion gets significantly hot when left inside a parked car during the hot spring / summer months, particularly here in Philadelphia. This is not a failing of the product, mind you, just something to keep in mind.

I bought 2 of these through another retailer. I've read some of the other low reviews here and have had a different experience. I've been using them for about 2 months now with no stitching or odor problems at all. I like the protective and support aspects. I could wish they were a little larger to protect the door-side seat stitching that I pivot on when getting out. One thing to note is mine are in a compact hatch-back and still don't completely cover the seat.

The only (small) complaint I'd have is that the elastic straps don't hold it firmly in place and sometimes I have to pull the cushion bottom over by a couple of inches.

I'd still buy them again and recommend them to anyone driving a smaller car.

UPDATE: I've been using these for about 4 months now and one has started to split. I honestly don't know if it's because of a flaw or a small dog's nails but I just put some clear Shoe Goop on to seal it and am still using it. I may not get a year's use out of these but I like them well enough that I'll probably buy more when necessary.

These were really cute ... and that's pretty much the only good thing about them. They weren't the ones I was expecting (definitely not the ones in the picture). I installed them on standard bucket seats and they fit pretty well (they don't sit well with the headrests up). After about 3 days, I noticed the seam connecting the seat portion and the back portion had split almost all the way across. I pulled the cover off intending to sew it up and when I looked a little closer I could see that there were runs (think pantyhose) on both sides of the split seam, making repair pretty much impossible. Less than a week later, I saw the same problem on the passenger seat, which had held a purse, a couple of cd cases and a bag of groceries -no passengers! Needless to say, these spent very little time in my car and were a giant waste of money.

I got the car seat covers for my 2001 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport, mostly to manage the dog hair problem I have with 2 dogs that go everywhere with me. I wanted something that hair wouldn't stick to so I wouldn't have to vaccum so much. Got the seat covers, and like the other reviewers said, the directions to put the seat covers on were not great, you have to figure it out on your own. As I was putting the covers on the back the main strap that tightens the cover ripped but since I had alreay gotten 80% done with the install I decided to just rig it instead of getting all the other parts back off and then returning the items. The front seats fit better than the back seats (I have a 60/40 split). The splitter was either too big or too small. The other big problem with these covers is that the back of them is made from a material that makes hair stick to it even worse than the original seat material. It actually seems to attract hair that is flying around. So although my front seats will be hair free the back of them look like I made a seat cover out of a skinned sasquatch. Anyhow for the sale price I got them for ($60) they are worth it since custom seat covers would be around 300$ but I would not buy them again (and I wouldn't pay the non sale retail price), I would buy ones that were made of the same material front and back. I have not used them enough to tell how they will stand up to heavy dog activity.

So I got this in the mail quickly and in great shape. HOWEVER... I have a Chevy Equinox 2005 and I would NOT recommend this for this type of vehicle. The head rests do not come off so I had to cut a HUGE slit to put the covers on, the zippers do not match where the seats fold, but other than that they were pretty easy to put on. Now I have to sew the parts that don't look very good, which is ok but is more work than what I expected or wanted. I love the look but like I said, not for this car.

It took me a while and a few returns to other stores to find sturdy vehicle seat covers that actually stayed on well. These have been the best and worth paying more money for! I have two dogs that can end up filthy at the dog park, so these covers are really saving my car upholstery. The material holds up really well with dog nails and me putting boxes on my back seat. I really like that the material varies on each side, so I can use the softer side for my dogs for longer road trips, and the canvas side for dog park runs and anything dirty or high impact.

This product is better than what I perceived the pictures to be. The quality of the materials and the sturdiness of the straps was surprisingly superior to other seat covers I had purchased before. I bought it for my Touareg and it fits nicely across the back seat. The fabric is a little cushy, like a quilt. The grey is medium tone which is great since it seems to hide my Brittany's white and red hair. He seems to feel the material is pretty cozy since he doesn't seem to want to come up to the front seat any more. (bonus).

It's been raining a lot lately and my dog has gone running through the hard in the mud and straight into the back seat. This cover did not bleed through and left my cream colored seats dry underneath. Couldn't do anything about him shaking the water off, though!

So far I am pleased with this product.

After paying exorbitant international shipping fees to get these to Australia (for a die-hard, Sawx fan spouse), needless to say...expectations were Green Monster high. Thankfully, these covers versus Mass Pike traffic during rush hour do not disappoint.

To echo an earlier review, there is a slight discrepancy in actual versus advertised product appearance. These are not as glossy, the 'B' not as large as depicted. With this being said, the quality is quite good, a higher grade poly-urethane that hugs seats (including headrests) well. Note: the underseat straps are essential (a bit hard to engage at first), or these will not fit correctly. For comparison point, I used these on a very small coupe style vehicle. Once engaged, these seat covers thanks to the semi-generous padding created a much more comfortable seat than the vehicle's base ones.

Aesthetically, The stitching on the 'B' logo is sharp; this is a durable, colorful Sawx emblem which stands out. This is good, MLB licensed stuff.

Worth noting, however, is there appear other covers available with the proper logo (versus script). If you're looking for these (and be careful of being sold 1 versus 2 covers):

it is already ripping at the bottom where the seat meets the back unacceptable. it is protecting my interior but it should not be failing after less than a month. also the seat portion should be a little deeper so that it reaches under the seat an stays in place better. Maybe another hook closer to the seat front would help this issue
