This emergency tool seems good for breaking side-window auto glass, has a bright flashlight, and a surprisingly good AM/FM radio. BUT, this tool DOES NOT have a cell phone charging system. It has a battery charging system that works on AA sized rechargeable batteries only which work well in my tests. There is nothing to charge any cell phone I have ever used and no adapters to do so. So buyer beware. This is false and misleading in the product description.
Three stars for all the other features. This is essentially a one-sided "punch"(cone)-hammer (other brands are probably better having double sided punches). This hammer is very large, long and probably has more power to break glass that other brands. Also the handle is large enough to break out the rest of the window glass in a circular motion, with less probability of hurting your hands. Close your eyes when breaking glass or shield you eyes and face somehow: arm, glasses, a large object -book, purse, box, blanket, etc. The seat belt cutter is placed better than other brands in that you pull down (stronger direction to pull) to cut rather than pull up (weaker direction to pull). Some sawing action is probably needed, with short strokes to cut the belt short jerky cuts seem more effective than one smooth pull. I suggest removing the red rubber cap over the glass cutter for faster use. The tool barely fits in glove compartment because it is so long. There are no hook-and-loop or other fasteners included.I gave this to my friend who has a very old car. I like it because of the siren on it but it has a lot of good tools for emergency and accident.
