Do not buy this product. The chip inside is not produced by ELM and simply does not work. The disc that has the software on it also contains viruses.

I purchased a legitimate ELM 327 (you can't tell by looking at it except that the bootleg device says ELM 327 "V1.5" the legitimate device says "ELM 327" with no reference to a version number there is only one legitimate version) and it worked straight away.

This product doesn't work.

This cable can not be modified to work with BMW software. If you are considering this cable for that purpose you need to choose a VAG-COM cable such as "OBD2 OBD II Diagnostic USB Cable For KKL409.1 VAG-COM 409" for this purpose.

me siento muy decepcionado por la compra de este articulo ya que los programas que trae son todos demos, y no he podido hacerle nada al carro, ofrecen los programas incluidos con la compra de este producto pero resulta que el cd que trae son un poco de demos basura que solo duran 5 segundos

I am very disappointed with the purchase of this item because it brings programs are all demos, and I could not do anything to the car, offer the programs included with the purchase of this product but it turns out the cd are bringing some garbage demos only last 5 seconds
