The color was so so, didn't perfectly match my tan interior, it was a little grayer than what my interior is.

The fit was pretty good, but I did have to wrestle with it a little to get them in. This may be an issue because when I want to clean them out it may be hard to get out and back in. Guess I'll see when I get around to cleaning my car out. Whenever that happens.

Plastic is a little hard, which is posititve and negative. The positive is it will take a long time to wear down. The negative is it is hard to put in place.

Ridges in it are deep, again positive and negative. Positive because the water, dirt, slush, etc. stays low away from your hanging down jeans, etc. Negative because your feet get elevated up a little and it can sometimes be uncomfortable when driving if you have an edge of your shown in a ridge, tilting your foot in an odd direction.

Floor mat stays in place positive!

Lifetime warranty, I believe, positive!

Overall this is the way to go to get cheap good all weather mats!

Best Highland 4504000 All-Weather Gray Back Seat Floor Mat Deals

This is not a single piece floor mat as implied in the description. The material is pretty heavy rubber but came in two pieces with no way to attach them together. This means that they will likely squirm all over in the back seat , especially the short end piece. Even though it came in two pieces, in a big box, it was still severely folded in half so who knows how long it will take for the crease to come out of the rubber. It doesn't really fit the floor very well in the back of my 1996 F250 super-cab very well since the floor isn't very flat nor is it straight across. So it buckles where the center tunnel is and on the ends where the back seat floor brackets are. Also, the finish seems pretty mottled like it has oxidized or something. It's just for the back seat I guess but its not what I would call a premium product. It's OK for a universal mat I guess.

l was thought to believe that this was a one piece floor mat. Its in two pieces, one piece covers one side and past the middle. The other piece covers the remainder of the floor with an overlap. Its not what I expected.

It had been over a year since we'd cleaned the minivan seats. They looked pretty good, but I was surprised at how much dirt came off of them after using this product. I used 2 per seat. The container seems to seal well so the remaining ones should be ready for the next use.

Have tried a couple different leather cleaners and find that this Armor All product does as good a job of cleaning and protecting my GT's leather seats as any of the products tried -and some of the other products cost three times as much!

After washing our cars and then cleaning & vacuuming the interior, I use these wipes on the leather seats to clean them and protect the leather from mother nature and the herd of 11 to 15 year old friends of our kids. The first time we used them, I was very surprised at the amount of grime that came off of the seats. Now that we use these wipes regularly, the seats look great and less dirt exists.

These even did a good job on the blue ballpoint pen marking on the backseat leather; our son informed me that his school backpack somehow wrote a 5 inch line across the seat all by itself... hmmmm. Go figure. Using these wipes beats spraying on a cleaner or wiping on a paste and then trying to get it off with a cloth... I go through five or six wipes each time (one or two on each front bucket seat, and typically two on the complete back seat), so the canister should supply enough for three or four cleanings.

The reason for four stars -the quality control of the wipes' canister is just not good, as we have had brand new packages opened dry, others drying out within a short period of time, and then others staying nice and damp all the way until the last wipe was used. Since we like the wipes but no longer trust the canister, we immediately dump all contents (wipes and fluid) into a large zip-lock bag for safekeeping. That works well, but we really should not have to do this... so, four stars instead of five.

Other Armor All products that we really like are the tire foam (Armor All Tire Foam Protectant 20 oz (1 lb 4 oz) 567 g) which produces a rich looking satin finish, the cleaning wipes (Armor All 10863 Cleaning Wipe 25 Sheets) which are great for vinyl and other cracks and crevices round the car, and the protectant (Armor All 10228 Original Protectant 28 oz.) is excellent on the dash and all interior and exterior rubber.

Highly recommend this product if you have a similar need... but think about keeping them in a zip-lock bag or something with a good seal.

I use the sensitive skin, alcohol-free baby wipes (recommended to me by someone who sews leather tack items for equestrian use) to clean large areas, as they are cheaper than any leather wipes out there.

Then I use a few of these ArmorALL wipes, to condition and protect the cleaned areas.

Have used these wipes for on-the-go and quick touch-ups and cleaning, too and I like them, particularly in the car, on the seats, seatbacks and side/door areas in leather.

For my sofa and loveseat (very light, matte leather) and club chair/recliner (shiny, dyed, darker leather) I will continue to use the baby wipes first, as I use so many at one time. Saves me money, and I always have those around in the house.

Using the two routines together gets the job done, and my leather looks great.

I have not tried either wipe on aniline-dyed, sueded or "raw" untreated leather. I would imagine that you'd need a special product for those items, not these. Some applied finishes and dyes might even rub off your leather if you "scrub" hard wth the wipe, so always check your particular item for a tag that tells you exactly how to clean or handle it. If it says spot clean only, or using a special leather process only, test out this or any wipe on a hidden or interior area that will not show later, if it does not perform well.

The instructions are not clear how to tie the seat covers from the bottom of the seat. The flaps provided cannot be pulled through the bottom of the seat because the original seat has a flap at the back that extents under the seat.

Do not buy this product. The chip inside is not produced by ELM and simply does not work. The disc that has the software on it also contains viruses.

I purchased a legitimate ELM 327 (you can't tell by looking at it except that the bootleg device says ELM 327 "V1.5" the legitimate device says "ELM 327" with no reference to a version number there is only one legitimate version) and it worked straight away.

..it does not fit perfectly for the dimensions of my 2012 VW GTI. There are 1/2 inch 1 inch gaps on the sides. I gave this product 4 stars because it keeps the heat out, especially on the really hot and humid florida keys summer days. Of course there is some residual heat when I get back into my car after leaving it covered all day (6.5 8 hours usually) throughout the week. But I noticed a big difference once I started using the sunshade. It is easy to fold and unfold. I usually keep mine folded in the back seat which is easy to store when not in use.

I'm not sure if there is a difference in placement of the mirror between the golf and the gti, but as the other reviewer mentioned, there is no way to get this on and off without messing up your mirrors setting.

The product is solid and works great, but as ocd as I am about things like mirror settings, I find myself not using this and going back to my old shade, if this was cut just a little lower for the mirror cut out, it would be perfect.

I bought this for my GTI, have been pretty happy with the fit and construction it's quite large when folded and not at all flexible, so it can be a little inconvenient to stow when it's not in use, but it works extremely well for keeping the cabin temperature under control when the vehicle is parked in direct sun. I'm using this in combination with the VW OEM sunshades for the rear windows. Makes a huge difference.
