I've had the product for about two weeks. If not for the weak construction, I would give it five stars because it is comfortable.
The plastic cord that holds the beads together is starting to weaken. One bead has already fallen out in the narrow part that goes through the space under the headrest.
I'm sure I'd have difficulty returning it because:
1. I used super-saver-shipping and would forfeit the discount on the rest of the order and;
2. I threw away the packing material and box. I usually keep that stuff, but the product seemed so straightforward that the precaution seemed unnecessary. If you do decide to get one, don't make the same mistake.

Got this for my husband..he loves it. Very durable and the stitching is done with a polymer so it shouldn't stretch or give way.

It uses a plastic string to link all the beads together. A couple of them were poking through when I set it up on the driver seat and generally poked me as I drove. I prefer to not be poked. It is not built as they were about 10 years ago.

The nylon strings start becoming loose with in 1 week and the beads starts falling. Please don't purchase , we need to let the Chinese manufacturers know that they need to make quality products

got these because i have leather seats and hate having my skin stick to the seats. the one problem i have with them is that the strings they sent to tie them to the seat aren't long enough for me to tie them to anything and with out them tied they slide around a lot.
