That little bit of extra length on the seatbelt prevents the seatbelt from locking up whenever you accidentally move it to faster too far

Have only had these on for a month. They replaced OEM two piece lugs (lug with flimsy metal cap) that were corroding and getting stuck to an aluminum alloy rim. The old lugs were basically destroyed during removal and no, they were not over-torqued. Time will tell but this one piece design makes more sense and will not bulge from accidental (or amateur) over-torque. If you are thinking of replacement lugs, do your research. Go to manufacturers websites and know the correct size needed. Many item descriptions will say they fit your vehicle when in reality, they do not.

This mat is huge, covers the WHOLE rear floor area. You have to flip up the seats to install, but it fits perfectly. A far cry from the skimpy 11 X 6 carpet mat Ford installs in the rear-what a joke! This mat stays put and will pick up whatever your rear seat passengers drag in on their shoes.

Amazon had the best price, over $25 cheaper than ordering direct from the Mfg. Keep up these great prices Amazon!

The fit is very good. My truck has the factory sub-woofer under the back seat on the drivers side so you can trim that part of the liner off. I chose to leave that untrimmed for the extra protection and unbolted the sub and slid the liner under it, then re-attached the sub. You just can't remove the liner without removing the sub again, but really doesn't matter because they are so easy to clean. You can just vaccuum them, or just wipe them clean with a damp rag. The color matches great. They were consideralbly less money than Weathertech, but the quality is just as good. Thanks for a great product.

I just want to make this known. I reviewed, and reviewed, and picked this item above others related to cost and description. However, when the product came, located on the bottom corner of the box, was a small symbol, with : "CARRIES ONE BOAT when paired with another set of saddles or rollers" Inside package information says the same. Well looking at the item on this site, there are four attachments pictured, and nowhere does the description read that only two are included, and that you need two more....if you pay attention, another set of saddles or rollers absolutely doubles the price, AND I didn't have time to wait for further shipping. I ended up buying something local. I'll be returning this package.

I gave this product only three stars based on several factors. First, the product description leads you to beleive you are ordering a complete kayak rooftop rack with tie downs; it reads,Yakima MakoAero Saddle Rooftop Kayak Rack with Tie Down. Well, you are only getting "half a saddle"; you have to order two of these saddles, and they're expensive at $80 a pop!

Secondly, the mounting instructions were a bit difficult for me to understand(and I'm pretty handy with tools and such), but a call to the Yakima customer service folks did help. I think this is probably typical in todays world; if you're a novice you will struggle as you proceed through the learning curve of any activity. I guess it's an unwritten rule you have to spend a lot of money on several products before you finally get what works for you.

Although I think these saddles will work OK for our Perception Tribe SOT kayaks, it's not the best fit. Why, because our SOT kayaks have hard chine hull shapes whereas most sit-in kayaks have round hulls.

IMO you need to ask two important questions when you purchase any kayak or canoe; is there a specific mounting system that will accomodate MY kayak/canoe and fit MY vehicle roof rack/cross bars??!!! This "one size fits all" approach really means, we have a pretty close idea of what a really good fitting rack/canoe/kayak transporting system ought to be, but in the interest of our profit margin and marketing, we don't expect to get it right every time...oh well. If you own an Xterra with the big diameter tube roof rack system, you will have trouble fitting any canoe/kayak mounting system. You would think each vehicle would design a roof rack to actually carry something, but that's another story....

Yakima does a good job, but it's not perfect. It's obvious the designer of this saddle doesn't like SOT kayaks, or never took the time to see if it would actually work for SOT kayaks. The saddle mounting system is also evidence a couple of sliding pads may work on "most" cross bars, but not all. I'm sure nobody actually "field tested" these on the factory roof racks for all the SUV vehicles they were targeting. Computers can't do everything....

I have yet to road test this saddle system because I only received half a saddle. I ordered the other half, so we'll have to wait a week or so before we will know how these saddles handle going down the road with my kayaks on the roof! I can't wait....

i have tried several ways to carry my kayaks and this is the best i have found. The kayaks slide on very easily and than are held in place very securely with the provided straps. Originally I paired with Hully rollers but quickly found that i was not happy with the rollers. they seem to bind on my kayaks hull and made loading more difficult. I sent them back and ordered another pair of the Aeros and am very happy now.

Unfortunately I had to return my first set of MakoAero Saddles because the locks would not fit the saddle housings and it was a hassle because my trip was the following day. It seems the new manufacturing plant in Mexico (?) is not the same quality that I experienced with my original Yakima rack and add-ons that I purchased 18 years ago. I have the same issue on one of the four locks on the actual rack. The saddle design is fine and firmly held the kayak in place.

User easy & very well made. It also has non slip carpet for liading and plenty of height so your yak doesn't sit on the crosd bars. I highly recommend them and get the locks too they are made very well.

Inquired about contacting the Seller but the Amazon rep said there was no way to do that. I called the manufacturer (Duragear) several times to try to obtain anchors directly from the source, but got no reply to the voice mails I left. Returning seat cover.

This product is fairly attractive. My main complaint is that it does not attach well to the seat I had to use bunge cords to anchor it. Even still everytime my dogs jump into the car the cover slides out from underneath them, exposing the leather seat

This seat cover is very nice, the colors are vibrant, the material is mediocre, great for the price as it's well known how pricey EH brand is. I also have the mats and steering wheel cover, BE ALERT WHEN ORDERING, this DOES NOT come as a pair, an oversight on my part, I agree, but nonetheless, place 2 items in your cart before checking out or you will end up with just one cover.

I sold my car last week and this seat cover went with the car. That is probably a good thing. It never fit onto the seat correctly (not enough of those metal clip things to fasten it only had 2). So, the fit isn't particularly as custom as it could be with more clips/loops. the left and right seats pulled away constantly on both sides of the car (2 diff. seat covers). I love Ed Hardy design do not like the company who licensed his artwork. They did a real crappy job. At $50 for a set of these you would expect a bit more. I know, they aren't sheepskin, but come on this is not Wal-Mart!

The Glacier Car Care Leather Conditioner was very easy to use and returned a smoothness and flexibility to my leather car seats that I hadn't seen in months. It is recommended that you use 2-3 coats of the product for the best protection and me having used 3 coats of the product, would also recommend using more than one coat of the product as well. These are excellent quality lug nuts. I have only had them a few weeks and they are great so far. The real test will be after the winter season. I am using these on my snowmobile trailer and no other lug nut has made it even one season without rusting. I am hoping the claims are true and that the triple plating of the McGard nuts will last for several years. Even if they only last a couple seasons they are a great value because the are only moderately more expensive than "cheap" chrome plated lug nuts. And then there is the lifteime warranty...

Replaced all the lug nuts on my '03 Dakota. The OE nuts were slowly coming apart and I'd picked up a few replacements at the local parts store resulting in two different hex sizes. Those cheap replacements were rusting after a year and when a couple more OE nuts lost their shell it was time to replace all. I guess time will tell about rust/pitting on the McGard's, but they look sharp after a month and use in the sand and salt of OBX. Amazon price very competitive.

My thoughts for a better replacement for factory lug nuts. I use them on my other vehicle and are a no nonsense replacement. Just have to make sure you have the right size lug wrench since they may or may not be the same size as the factory lug wrench.
