I installed two new quick struts in the rear of my camry, willing to pay the premium for the ease of instillation for having the entire strut preasembled for me. They went in fine, but when I took the car out for a test drive there was a terrible knocking from both sides. Not thinking for a second that it would be a problem with the struts, I removed the wheels again and checked to see if anything was tight.

After a lot of wasted time I finally found a couple posts for other cars that had similar problems that came from Monroe not properly tightening the top strut nut to anywhere close to 60ft/lbs. After fighting my way to gain acess to the top nut I found that it must have just been put on finger tight.

I would have given this product 4-5 stars if they had put it together right and not made a 1hour job take 5 hours. You pay essentially an extra $25-50 for them to compress the spring and tighten one bolt, which is apparently beyond them. Monroe should be embaressed with the quality of there assembly.

Five of five stars! Perfect match and fit, easy install, did it in my driveway while getting my windshield replaced. Restored the ride back to new just like I had hoped. I was quoted $135 per strut plus the install and alignment which was 1,200 bucks (which wouldn't have come with new springs, mounts, isolators and boots). Got these fully assembled, brand new units for about $145 each with free shipping and I even found they apply to a $120 rebate from the manufacturer! All I have to do now is align it for $90 and I am under $600 for an all new suspension (after the rebate).

I'm typically not one to write product reviews, but I thought I might contribute some of my thoughts on this product used on our '94 Camry LE with 139,000 miles. I didn't know that aftermarket fully assembled strut assemblies were available. The price on Amazon with included free shipping was great, even cheaper than Rock Auto's online price. The installation was relatively easy. Unlike others who've mentioned you'll need another set of hands to install them, I had no problem doing the job myself. The vehicle now rides and handles quite superbly, much more so than had been expected. I should mention that folks might take advantage of a Monroe rebate offer "Buy 3, Get the 4th Free" available from April 1st to May 31st, 2011 (we bought ours before this rebate offer), just google it, or check your local parts retailer to find the rebate form. As of this review, the final cost after rebate to outfit our vehicle with 4 Monroe Quick Struts would be around 440 US dollars. Also worth noting, these struts appear to have been manufactured using workers who are employed in the U.S.A. ("Made in USA" clearly marked on the cartons). Of all the replacement auto parts being manufactured in China, it's kinda nice to see something being made in the United States for a change.

As far as installation, there really wasn't any brute force required, with the minor exception of the removal of the lower portion of the strut from the vehicle where I used a 3lb hammer and block of wood to unseat the strut from the stronghold grip of rust and grit. Our climate region and roadway salt during winter months help to provide generous quantities rust on unprotected ferrous metals, as such the only area of difficulty came when removing the stabilizer links from the rear struts. However, there is an internal hex in the link stud that can be utilized to enable one to insert (hammer) an Allen wrench into to help keep it from turning whilst removing the nut. A dousing of penetrating oil (P-B Blaster, Kroil, etc.) on exposed fasters being removed is likely mandatory, more so for those folks residing in snow-belt regions. We reused the factory upper nuts for the struts, as others have reported them to strip out. Other earlier reviews have mentioned the strut rod "nut" not being seated correctly from Monroe, ours were checked during installation and appeared to be fine. Our torque values used (Haynes Manual): 36 ft.lbs (checking the strut shaft nut), 59 ft.lbs. (3 front upper strut nuts) & 29 ft.lbs (3 rear upper strut nuts). The 2 lower strut knuckle/carrier bolts were simply yanked super tight, but the torque values are 156 ft.lbs. (front) and 188 ft.lbs. (rear) for those folks wanting to know the real values.

Ride height of the vehicle appeared improved after the installation of 4 struts, the rear more so (maybe higher than OEM?). Before the vehicle was brought in for 4-wheel alignment (don't skip this), the rear of the vehicle exhibited an obvious positive camber condition. Like me, you might be nice and spray some penetrant oil on those rusty adjustment areas to help out the guy doing the alignment. Our cost for a 4-wheel alignment ran just under 70 bucks, your cost may vary (call around).

Why not breathe some new life into your old car and help improve America's economy (made in USA) at the same time? We did, and it feels (and drives) good.

Installed these struts on my 1996 Camry V6 and they were fine for a while. After a couple of weeks, started hearing some minor clicking. After two months, the noise is getting worse and worse. So I called Monroe customer support and they said these parts are not made for a v6 engine and should not be used with this vehicle. This is the second time this has happened with Amazon. Although Amazon customer support is nice with dealing with issues and offer a great service, the cost of having parts reinstalled is not covered.

My set before this was blue zebra print seat covers and steering wheel cover. I had them for over four years and they were getting disgusting, so I purchased this set. Clearly these are much better quality than my original set, plus they come with the seat belt covers, which I didn't have before. The steering wheel cover is extremely nice compared to my old one, which had some cheap foam material on the inside that was tearing apart. I can tell this set is going to last me a long time. Note that the color is slightly more pinkish than the picture on here, but definitely still purple. I paid around $60 for my original set that was crap compared to this one, so it's well worth the price. If you like what you see, don't hesitate to purchase!

I bought this for my 18yo daughter who has a purple car she absolutely loved it and I have to say it looks really cute. When it first arrived however, we were disappointed that one of the seat covers was defective didn't have a zipper. The store was really great however, and shipped a new set that included a shipping label for returning the old set, so I'm very satisfied with their customer service. The set we now have arrived in good condition and works well. The price is reasonable. If you like the look, I'd recommend purchasing this product (and the on-line store) without reservation.

Very excited about this set, 2 front seat covers, steering wheel cover, 4 floor mats, 2 seat belt covers. Bought them for Nissan Rogue.

Had them on for over a month now. Took about 20 minutes to install all of it. 5min of which are for the wheel cover. It is a stiff coverif you hold it with one hand it retains its shape bc of thick rubber beneath the fabric. It wasn't too difficult to get it on, but takes some getting used to having the wheel an inch or so thicker.

The seat covers fit well, the seat back fits snugly -super easy to pull on. The seat part of the seat cover (all connected) is not as snug. The cover holds on to car seat with a series of bungee elastics. I had to get creative attaching it, so the cover does pull up by your knees. I may have to fight with it more. I think it would be easier with ties under neath.

Seat belt covers, easy velcro. But do prevent seat belt from fully retracting after unbuckling.

Head rest fit on perfectly snug with no budging. The floor mats are beautiful, but could use more slip resistance.

All in all, it is beautiful, soft, comfortable, easy to install, 90% well fitting. I would buy this again.

Only wish they had this print for the bench back seat.

These are perfect. I read some of the other reviews, including a few that described a strong chemical smell or fit issues, neither of which I found. The steering wheel cover takes some muscle (but that's probably just my steering wheel as we did get it on, it fits and looks great). Everything was easy to put together, and looks awesome in our lime green Pontiac Vibe. If you're looking for something spectacular, spend more money. For the price, we felt that we got more than we bargained for so are very happy campers.

Heavy rubber and good coverage for a cheap price. Good deep groves for catching dirt and what not. Covers everything and more, I didn't trim yet but it looks like it wouldn't be a problem. Doesn't slide around too much for me, but maybe I have it wedged in better. Did smell like rubber and made my car smell like rubber but just give it a week or let it air out ahead of time. After reading other reviews I expected these mats to smell very strong and anticipated returning them if they really did smell overbearing. When I received them I was pretty shocked. Up close they smelled like a tire, but you can't smell them if your not right up on them. For the first few days there was a faint rubber smell in the car but after getting one of those febreeze vent air fresheners in the car you can't even smell them. They conformed well to my car floor and are plenty thick and I did not cut them at all. The back mats extend underneath the front seats giving you good coverage for people with bigger shoes. Overall these mats will do just fine for under $25 and the faint rubber smell for the first few days is easily tolerable. After all they are RUBBER!

OK so I bought this "thing" a real pile!!! If u get my meaning--'' having dealt with electronics for years I have learned , prior to installing , test the unit first!!! So I put 12 volts on it and put a DVD in .....loading,,,loading,,,loading,,,loading..........loading,,,,,,,,,loading.........No Disk...so I tried a different dvd'''same and same and same again and again.......finally one DVD worked out of 8 I tried....OK so the unit has issues....typical for Chinese made cheap stuff.... hooked up the dome light that is part of the unit .....the switch was shot...more cheap junk....packed the unit up, got a pre paid return label off the computer from amazon returns, and sent it packing back to amazon... now all ways buy through amazon cause if u get a defective item they cross ship a replacement almost the same day you file for it and the replacement is to you in 3 to 4 days,.....I've had to do this several times and never had issues with them. .cudos to amazon..as for Pyle ...stay tuned for the pyle up! once I get the replacement Pyle .

Not good. Dome light wires were pinched in packaging and wires were losing connection inside the insulation. Took me a while figure out why the lights went out i lifted the unit to the ceiling. Reconnected everything several times to figure out it was a short in the wire, replaced the bad wire and it worked fine. Once it was up, the DVD wouldn't play. "No disc" it said. Made some funny noises (i wasn't laughing) and wouldn't play. I tried the dvd in another player and it worked fine. Already got the return label and it is going back for a refund. Wasted 3 hours fooling around with this thing.

After the nightmare of installing we put in a movie to test it out before our day long road trip for the kids. Two hours wasted installing this thing and it would not read a move. We tried 10 different movies, it will start then lock up, or will just flat say "No Disc" and even though you can hear it spinning nothing happens. It is loud, and just a very cheap and poorly made product. Could not get home and get it out of the car fast enough. We went ahead and just bought the same brand we had before trying this one, at least we got a year out of the other brand. Save yourself the frustration and look for something else.

Purchased first unit...Only one channel of the IR would work and RF transmitter did not work. Second Unit arrived, would not load any dvd's at all. Third unit, loads about one in three dvd's. The ones it does load skip all of the time. Even used brand new DVD's and still they skipped and would not load even while vehicle was sitting stationary in the parking lot. Amazon then wants me to contact the Pyle and figure out the the problem.

If you are going to cut a hole in your headliner for a dvd player don't buy this one!!!. Look at the other reviews and you will see similar problems.

Needed a bike adaptor so the kids' bikes would fit on the bike rack. Their crossbars were either too low or too thick to fit. Most adaptors have a minimum length of 18" or longer. The distance on our kids' bikes was 16"(that's the distance BETWEEN the seat post and the handlebar post.) The SportRack A34500 will fit a bike with a minimum distance of about 14 3/4". It is VERY sturdy and strong, and has a protective coating so the bike doesn't get scratched. Very easy to operate, as each end slides open and then slides back, locking into place. The small loop goes on the seat post first, then the large loop goes around the handlebar post. The length is simply adjusted by pulling the tubes apart, or sliding them back together--no locking mechanism needed (and doesn't get in the way.) Only drawback--price! About $30 a piece (I bought three of them....ka ching!) However, Amazon gives free shipping, so make sure to take that into consideration. The nice thing is, when the kids get new bikes, I don't have to worry whether they will fit on the bike rack or not--the adaptor will take care of that. I am confident that the quality of this product will make it last a lifetime. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like this product for the most part. It does what it claims. It clamps easily to your bike and allows you to transport it on a bike car carrier somewhat horizontal. My bike carrier clamps to the product firmly but the adaptor fits loosely on the bike, ( i wish it would fit the bike tightly but it doesn't. I have a way to modify it but I just don't have the time). You also need to securely attach bike with straps to carrier otherwise bike may bounce. On my setup, the adaptor fits around the bottom of the seat and handle bars. It states in the instructions to make sure your seat and handlebars are secure or they will detach from the bike. THEY ARE ACCURATE. Just install per instructions and you shall arrive at your destination with your bike. I purchased one from Sports Chalet and one from Amazon.com. Amazon was cheaper. Have fun!

I use this with adapter with my full-suspension mountain bike (Specialized Epic) to load onto either my Soft-Ride DuraAssist hitch rack, or my Saris Bones 3 trunk rack. It is well-made, proving to be very durable through a lot of use over the last year without much wear to show for it. It fits securely on my bike, and the two "side gates" that open on the ends work very well when attaching it to my bike. I have tried this with my kids bikes as well (Specialized Hot Rock 16") but the adapter is just slightly too long, so probably best only for 20" bikes and above.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This Dickies bench seat cover is made to be durable and water resistant, and is designed to cover bench seats that don't include seatbelts (which isn't mentioned in the online description at Amazon even though a large percentage of rear bench seats do have seatbelts). It's not hard to install over the seat. The surface is thick, like a canvas, not soft. When new it has an unpleasant chemical odor since it's 100% polyester. I would prefer a natural fabric like hemp that doesn't outgas a synthetic smell. This cover is good for protecting the seat but it doesn't have a smooth feel and can't be kept covering seats where people will sit and use seat belts. Thus, it has limitations that make it less versatile than I'd expected. It's OK for some people but I'd prefer something else.

I purchased this seat cover because of the high quality material. However, I was very disappointed when I received it because it didn't even come close to fitting my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. It was way too short in the width. Item needs to be specified in what vehicles it won't fit.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have two large dogs (both 70+ lbs), who make keeping a car clean impossible. I have a quilted seat cover, but it isn't waterproof. I have been looking for a sturdy, water-proof cover that couldn't be torn, and that would fit securely, regardless of the moving and tumbling of the dogs, and that gave access to seatbelts. The Dickies Heavy Duty Rear Bench Seat Protector met many, but not all, of those needs.

Dickies says their seat cover fits a "universal bench seat". I'm not sure how they define that, but from my experience it is not the integrated rear bench seats seen in most sedans and SUVs. Instead it is probably something more like the free-standing bench seats seen in Jeep Wranglers, etc. I tried this cover in a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Camry, neither of which has a freestanding seat.

MaterialThis Dickies seat cover is composed of heavy-duty canvas, with a waterproof backing. One of my dogs was kind enough to vomit on it on the test drive, and the other covered it in mud, and I can say it is relatively waterproof. (Although I have yet to try actually pouring a bottle of water on it.) The canvas material is also relatively sturdy; when seat-belted in the dogs tend to twist around, pull, and scratch at the seat, and they have not torn it at all. Although it is not particularly attractive, and likely wouldn't win any comfort awards for people, those weren't characteristics I was looking for; if they are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Secure fitAs shown in the product photos, the cover fits over the seat, and depending on the height and depth of your seats, drapes down the front/leg area a variable amount. Depending on the length of your seat, and how you attach the cover, it may also drape over the sides. It has thick elastic T-shaped straps diagonally in all 4 corners for attachment. If you have a freestanding bench seat, and therefore can reach the back of the seat, this will provide a very secure fit. For the rest of us, the best solution is to fit one of the straps over the headrest. Although this pulls the cover slightly out of alignment around the edges of the seat, it does provide a secure attachment. Other seat covers I've had also attach with a strap around the headrest, but the material was soft/floppy enough that the corners then wouldn't stay up; the canvas material of this seat cover is, at least for now, stiff enough that it stayed up and covered the top corner of the seat with no problem. The bottom corners of the cover attach with the same bands, and there is no place to attach them on a non-freestanding bench. However, because the cover drapes down past the front of the seat, it leaves a bit of room for movement of the cover without exposing the seat. Again, my dogs were willing trouble makers/helpers, and although they managed to pull it up a bit when they were moving around, it stayed mostly in place and everything remained covered.

SeatbeltsThere are two cut-outs for seatbelt holsters in the cover. The openings are double layered, and seamed so as not to tear easily. In addition, there are ties on the back so that the holsters can be easily retrieved. Shoulder belts from either side can be accessed around the edge of the cover, and a lap belt in the middle could fit through the openings. There is no way to access a middle shoulder belt. Although such a feature would be greatly appreciated, I've never seen it in any other seat cover either, so I can't complain too much.

Overall, this is a good heavy-duty seat cover, and for now at least, an excellent price (50% off). My recommendation would vary depending on whether you need access to that middle seatbelt, and whether you have a "universal bench seat", and if not, how much a precise fit matters to you.

I tried in both of my Nissans, one of which is a minivan with triple head rests, and it didn't fit at all. It said it would fit seats with headrests, so I had hope. Nope! I had issues too with seat belt placement as it was really a stretch to get in the correct spot to have access to latch a seat belt. The other thing that you might want to know is that if you have a third seatbelt, you won't get a good fit either.

On the smaller Nissan, I had issues with seatbelt placement not being conducive to getting a tight fit. The seat actually isn't free standing and I tried (in van) to get the elastic to snap around the seat somehow, but it was a no go.

I don't have a pick up to try it in, but I truly think ideally this would be a best fit for that.

I also wasn't a fan of the texture. It was a bit rough!

I've hesitated so long in getting this. I wish I hadn't, it would have saved me from many hours of vacuuming. Well worth every penny. It makes the back seat look brand new again.

I use this interface for install a pioneer 7"double din in a 2007 expedition. after all connections i turn power on and nothing happen, I spend hours trying to figure out what was wrong.I notice that the interface comes wrong wired on the pink and blue with pink wires from factory I switch on this cables an bingo the dvd star working "What a mistake"

Bad. Stirring wheele peels off right after opening. Seats covers shrink when hand washed last of all the floor matts lint up like old sweaters.

these items all looked good out of the box, but within a week the seat covers were ripping and coming apart, the decals on the steering wheel cover were peeling off, the other sticker they send you is super cheap vinyl, and the floor mats are impossible to clean once you get dirt on them. BUYER BEWARE!!
